Carol Song, L.Ac.

Carol received her Bachelor’s degree in both Sociology and Women’s Studies from the University of California, San Diego and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Sociology at UCLA. For a number of years, she worked in social activism with community organizations in San Diego, the Bay Area, Los Angeles and Seoul. She then attended Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA , where she graduated summa cum laude.

She has traveled in eighteen different countries, and is an avid reader with a keen interest in Eastern philosophies. She is bilingual in Korean and English.

Besides being an acupuncturist, Carol is a yoga instructor and has created a specialized yoga series for improving fertility. She offers individualized instruction at ECCM.

Carol practices in our Los Angeles office and is involved in several research projects, including the treatment of "poor responders" and women with elevated FSH. Carol also has extensive experience working with women undergoing IVF procedures.
